For Malaysian tuition & enrichment centres

Stop chasing tuition fees one parent at a time

Every month it's the same: message each parent, chase replies, match screenshots to names. FeeCollec turns your fee list into a personalised WhatsApp or email for every parent—with their child's amount and a pay link—so you can see who's paid before you leave class.

How collection works for you

Built for how Malaysian tuition centres already collect fees

Sent by WhatsApp & email

Parents get the bill where they already reply—no app for them to install.

FPX, DuitNow & more

Parents pay with the method they already use, through your connected gateway.

Your gateway. Your bank.

Money lands in your own account—FeeCollec tracks it, never holds it.

Your centre's branding

Logo, colours and your DuitNow details on every page parents see.

The same routine, every month

Chasing fees across chats and screenshots is not your job

You didn't open a tuition centre to write the same reminder to every parent, or to match bank-in names to students by guesswork.

The usual month-end
  • Message every parent the same reminder, one by one
  • Match bank-in names to students from screenshots
  • Ask in class, "Has your parent paid?"—awkward for everyone
  • Keep a fee sheet that's outdated the day you update it
  • Rebuild "who owes what" from old chats at month-end
With FeeCollec
  • One CSV upload sends the whole month in minutes
  • Each parent gets their child's bill with a personal pay link
  • Paid, pending and overdue—live on one dashboard
  • Remind only the parents still pending
  • Export clean records for your accounts at month-end

Less checking and chasing means more time actually teaching.

The monthly fee run

From your Excel fee list to collected—in three steps

Upload this month's list

Export a CSV with each student's name, the parent's phone and email, this month's fee and any overdue amount. Use the template, or carry last month's list forward and just edit the changes.

Send each parent their own link

FeeCollec creates a unique payment link per bill, addressed to the right parent, showing their child's name and the exact amount. Send by WhatsApp, email or both.

See who's paid before you worry

Paid, pending and overdue are separated on the dashboard. Nudge the stragglers, then export the records for your accounts team.

Send any kind of fee: Monthly tuition Registration Worksheets & materials Exam & trial fees Deposits Sibling discounts
Everything in one fee-collection flow

A simpler monthly routine for your centre

Know who still owes—without asking

One dashboard splits paid, pending and overdue, so follow-up goes only to the parents who actually need it.

Reuse last month's fee list

Next month starts from this month's students. Update the amounts, add new joiners, drop leavers—then send.

Parents pay in under a minute

No app, no account. The link shows their child's name, this month's fee and any overdue amount, then lets them pay by FPX, card, e-wallet or DuitNow.

Addressed to the right parent

Each message names the child and the amount—no "Dear Parent" blanket texts, no copying and pasting names.

Keep it looking like your centre

Your logo, colours and business details—plus your DuitNow account for parents who prefer bank transfer, with proof upload where supported.

Reminders that do the follow-up

Automated payment reminders on Business and Enterprise plans. On Free and Starter, the dashboard shows exactly who still needs a nudge.

Clean records, money in your bank

Export collection data for your accounts. Fees go through your own gateway to your bank—FeeCollec never holds your funds.

A realistic monthly fee run

One fee run. One quiet month-end.

Illustrative example—not a customer result

On the first of the month, the administrator at Smart Minds Tuition exports the September fee list from Excel—58 students, three new joiners, two leavers, a few siblings on discount—and uploads it to FeeCollec as a CSV. After a quick review of the rows, the batch is named "September Fees" and sent by WhatsApp.

By Friday, 47 of 58 fees are paid. Six parents haven't opened the message yet; five are genuinely overdue. The administrator opens the dashboard instead of scrolling old chats: the pending list gets a gentle reminder, the overdue list gets a short call. No screenshots to match, no sheet to update.

At month-end, the collection records are exported for the accounts team in a few clicks.

The same fee list. None of the chasing.
Easy for parents

A clear path from "Fee due" to paid

A parent taps their child's payment link from WhatsApp or email at 9 pm, between school runs—no login, no app to install. The page shows your centre's name, the student's name and class, this month's fee, any overdue amount and the total.

They pay with a method they already trust—FPX, card, e-wallet, or DuitNow bank transfer. With DuitNow, the page shows your bank details and can accept a payment-proof upload when your plan supports it.

You see the payment recorded the moment it happens, so nobody has to ask "did you pay?" twice.

Your gateway. Your funds.

FeeCollec manages collection—it never holds your money

  • Online payments go through your own connected payment gateway account and then to your bank account.
  • FeeCollec does not hold or touch the funds; it records payment information for tracking and reconciliation.
  • Card details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by FeeCollec.
  • Connections are protected with SSL encryption.
  • Product data is stored in Malaysia with continuous backups.

Parents see a branded payment page; you keep a clear record of every fee.
